27 cases of complex multiplanar deformity correction ( Equino – cavo – varus, plano valgus, calcaneo – valgus ) with osteotomy involving calcaneum and mid tarsal bones. Most cases fixed with Taylor or Ilizarov frame for gradual correction. Reliable and reproducible results.
